I have been charged multiple times for the same dollar amount after visiting the drive thru. The manager told me it was not possible. She said to call my bank, which I did and luckily they were able to remove the charges. \r

Horrible Horrible Service
Every time I go something seems to go wrong with the order. If you dare mention this to an associate, they seem to get so offended. I would never go to this place except I have two small children that just does not understand bad service....American Express
