Can I give Don Tremble of Klaus Wood Floors extra stars? A couple of years ago I had a mysterious water problem that was rotting my floors from the bottom up. After much investigation with invasive plumbing excavation, it was Don, not the plumber, who identified a problem spot that was not recognized by contractors, plumbers, or the home owners. He knows what wood floors should feel like, sound like, look like. The water issue was fixed -- by the plumber -- and Don's crew came in and replaced my wood floors.
