I give Talley Constr in Hou Tx zero stars because my expierence with them IS just that bad. I DON"T recommend them at all to anybody. They were screened and recommended by State Farm Ins, what a joke. My mother had the unforunate luck of choosing them to make repairs at her home.They are currently in possession of over $6000 in insurance money and have stopped work. They did work that was not authorized by my mother or State Farm and is now demanding payment before they will finish the job they have already been paid for. My mother is a senior citizen,her home has been left in a mess and she is in tears. DO NOT USE TALLEY CONSTRUCTION IN HOUSTON TEXAS.Signed by a REGRETFUL daughter. June 21, 2012.
