Great customer service, approved in no time, walked in Mon night, signed papers Tues, and got furniture Wed!
I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Exclusive Furniture. The second you walk through the door you are greeted with friendly sales associates. I did see the owner onsite but I didn't get the chance to talk directly with him. The selection was nice and the prices were GREAT! I got a beautiful sofa and loveseat, with 2 side tables, a large coffee table, two lamps, and a coordinating rug - 8 PCS of furniture for $1099. It was so easy! We walked in, had our bank statements, IDs, and check stubs. Picked out the furniture and filled out the paper work. Since we got there after 6:00pm, we had to submit the paperwork the next day. We got a call the next afternoon, dropped by after work to sign the paperwork. They scheduled our delivery and that was it. The only negative thing was that someone didn't submit our paperwork properly so we got a call Wed. night saying that we may not get our furniture till the following day. The sales associate was very polite over the phone as I explained that we had trashed our old furniture so we really needed it on Wed. She made it happen! The delivery guys showed up the same night about 9:30 and stayed till 10:30 to be sure it was all set-up properly. They were friendly and even though they were working after hours, they still did a great job! No complaints! They were awesome. I HIGHLY recommend shopping here. They have 90 days same as cash. After we pay off our living room set we are going back for a dining set.

Great Store, Love it!!!!!!
Exclusive Furniture is Great. I had gone with my wife to Hilton and we were going to buy over there but when I got tired of the hounding salespeople and was digusted by the prices and atmosphere, we decided to go to Exclusive Furniture. The salesperson greeted us at the door and was very courteous gave us room to choose what we liked. They made us a great deal and delivered us every thing the next afternoon. I loved it and was very satisfied. I highly recommend Exclusive Furniture.

Its like this world... i went to a few different furniture stores on 45 fwy...i ain't gone put nobody on blast but i hate going to places and the salesman are like robots trained to thang by the book. you at work true enough but damn you a salesman make me feel comfortable. so i walk in to EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE on 45 and was approached by a dude named Frank. He showed me around and i ended up buying a bed set from him the cool thing was the set i saw, to me was tagged at a good price ya feel me he coulda easy got me at that prices but dude let me know that it was on sale and i ended up saving bout 300 bucks (that's real)....to all other furniture stores y'all ain't gotta like them but at least let'um train these sorry salesman y'all got ya stores

Very Satisfied customer
I went to Exclusive Furniture with my wife and my kids after recieving a flyer in mail from them. I was really concerned and scared going there after reading all those reviews listed below and was hoping to GOD that I wouldn't have to regret the trip but my wife was really persistent about going over there. Once we got there a salesman greeted us at the door and handed us the same flier and told us to look around and he will visit with us in a minuter for us to feel at home. I really liked that they weren't too pushy, my wife saw what she liked the salesman was very friendly and courteous and we decided to buy the furniture. I was still very scared but we had already been to 20 furniture store and I was glad my wife had finally found something she had really liked and the idea of her not taking me to any more furniture stores was good. I spoke to the manager and told him my concern he told me they deliver 75 to 80 deliveries a day and some times things might happen and people never write any thing good but they always write bad things. My delivery came next day furniture was GREAT and delivery people were great and store was GREAT. I recommend every one to go to EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE and don't pay attention to the bitter folks below. I was amazed by Exclusive Furniture service, the prices were great and the store had amazing selection. We bought our furniture for our Master Bedroom and it was delivered the next day. I recommend this store to every one in Houston.....

Great Store
I had never heard of Exclusive Furniture till this Labor Day when I went to go buy Furniture at one of their neighbors who do a lot of Advertising and was curious and was very disappointed with the neighbor, I was leaving to go home and saw Exclusive Furniture in the Almeda parking lot. At first I was hesitant to go there but then I was like what the heck I am already here so why not stop and I am glad I did. I think that was the best decision I ever made in my life. My wife and me have been to 4 different furniture store that day and were denied credit at 2 stores before we went to Exclusive Furniture the sales person Rigo made me feel welcome and wanted the store looked nice so we decided to look he handed me this beautiful huge flier with alot of special on it, to make a long story short they(Exclusive Furniutre) have this special program where you can get approved for $2600 credit instantly as long as you have a job and checking account. My credit is not bad at all but I guess after I bought my house my credit probably has a lot of inquiries or debt to income ratio not sure any way we ended uyp paying $4500 cash and used their $2600 credit every thing was delivered the next day on time. I was very pleased one of the end tables came out a little damaged and the delivery driver took it back and brought it the Next Day. I am an Exclusive Furniture customer and a fan for life and will recommend every one to shop there. Not sure about the bad reviews listed below but Exclusive furniture is the best. Go there and make your life easy.

GREAT PLACE FOR FURNITURE
I went to exclusive furniture skeptical because it wasn't as known as rooms to go or gallery furniture, but i'm glad I stopped by. the merchandise in the store is beautiful! and the service is WONDERFUL! the environment isn't uptight, there very comfortable and clear with you and they give you the greatest deals so that they can fit YOUR budget! these salespeople were the first ones that I have met that aren't all about trying to "make a sale", they actually try to help you out! I also met supersam! he was SUPERCOOL! I will definately continue all my furniture needs with exclusive furniture!

Exclusive is cool
Lucy helped us as soon as we walked in. we bought a whole bedroom queen set for $999. she also helped us with a full living room set for $1000 and she helped us later on get a lazyboy and our dining set.
