Chang's Chinese Restaurant is good food with a good price.
I stumbled across this place when meeting a girlfriend for lunch. It's very crowded at lunch time. Servers are friendly and fast. Your get a large portion of food for the price. Typical Chinese food.

Really fresh and tasty
My Wife and I ate their last week in the evening and the food was really fresh and hot. I had the chicken and vegatables, she had the general tso chicken. Both dinners came with soup, egg roll and main course. It was really good. Most of all, it is not very expensive. 14.88 total bill before tip. Been a long time since I paid 15 bucks for dinner.

Worst service of ANY restaurant in the Katy area!
Many fine establishments to have a pleasent meal in the Katy area. Chang's can not compete with Jack in the Box. Went this evening with my wife and daughter to try this new Chinese restaurant. Placed our order. After thirty minutes my wife received her meal. Pedestrian at best. Ten minutes later my daughter received her meal. She said hers was O.K., Hard to mess up sweet and sour chicken I guess. Twenty minutes later I was presented with the bill. Yep did not get my meal. It was on the bill. I decided after waiting an hour we woukd leave. I told the cashier/manager to take my order of my bill since I never received it and our server was ready fior us to leave, my assumption since I was presented with the bill. "Sorry about that, that will be $24.02." At least I knew where he stood. Could not have cared less. I would not waste the trip.

HORRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE
HORRIBLE! the food was bad. the service was worse. we where given to check and asked to leave when only half of our order was there. when we told them that we didnt get half the order there response was just o sorry. we have tried many other chinese restaurants in katy and all of the other ones are much better. this place will not last.

The Very Best....
If your looking for the very best this is where you find it. The food is always fresh and hot. if you have an issue they will do their best to fix it for you. I will say that they have one older man that works their (may be the owner, im not sure) but he needs a seviere atatude adjustment in a bad way. For the most part the service is great.

Best Chinese in Katy & Friendly Waitstaff
We moved to the Katy area about 3 years ago from Sugar Land and we have been trying to find a good Chinese restaurant and finally had luck with Changs.
