Casa View Chiropractic Clinic

Casa View Chiropractic Clinic was founded in the early 1960’s by Dr. Gilbert M. Blackwell (Dr. Gil to his patients). This clinic has been a mainstay in the Casa View area of Dallas and has seen significant development and change in the area. Throughout out the years, as other businesses came and went, residents of the Casa View area could always count on Dr. Gil and Casa View Chiropractic Clinic to be available for their needs.

In 1996, Dr. Chad Blackwell took over operations of Casa View Chiropractic Clinic. As the clinic grew, Dr. Chad was able to bring on additional services for local residents and workers including DOT physicals as well as Impairment Ratings and Functional Capacity Evaluations for worker’s compensation patients.

Today, Casa View Chiropractic Clinic continues to serve patients in the Dallas, Mesquite, Garland and surrounding communities. In fact, many of Dr. Gil’s long time patients can be seen popping in to continue with regular care.
