I have been going to this facility for over 8 years. I see on other websites they say their average wait time is 36 minutes. I have to laugh at such a claim. In 8 years I have never waited less than 4 hours. The appt. goes like this: Call in when you're sick and be told they have an appointment a week or more away. You arrive and check only to wait for at least an hour in the outer waiting room. Don't ask what's taking so long, this only makes the wait longer. Then you go back into the inner waiting room where they take your blood pressure and weight. You will wait at least 45 minutes to an hour in this area. When your finally make it to the examination room, you think you will see the doctor. No, you will wait another 45 minutes to an hour. Once you have spent your 15 to 20 minutes with the doctor, then all the tests begin. Blood, urine, bone density, xrays, etc. On patient claimed "you should just roll a cot in for me". On my last visit this past week, I checked in at 2:15pm and did not walk out until 7:00pm!!!! Almost 5 hours. Then I had to walk across a dark street and into a dark parking lot down the block. You may ask why I still go? It's hard finding a GP that will take over monitoring my condition and meds. I am still looking. Bottom line, it you do not have all day to just sit and wait, don't go here. No problem with the doctors, just not everyone has an entire day to go to the doctor.
