We are a personal injury law firm. We handle all types of injury cases, including auto accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, slip and falls, and other premises liability cases. We do some limited criminal cases but want to focus on personal injury. We primarily take criminal cases on referrals or appointments.

We fight to protect individuals who have been injured by someone else’s negligence. We handle all aspects of a personal injury claim from the inception, including scene investigation, obtaining police reports, contacting witnesses, obtaining medical records and bills, dealing with the insurance company, negotiating the claim, and if settlement negotiations are unsuccessful, we will pursue the matter through litigation, including trial.

We are a small firm (2 attorneys and 4 staff members) in a small town, so we can offer our clients personal attention. We know our clients by name. We generally return calls same day or at least within 24 hours.
