1800 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX. 75074 Giovanna Apts, manager Deborah Kelderman Been a resident here for severall yrs. The location is good but the apts themselves aren't that great. Very cheap and shoddy appliances, carpet, cabinets,flooring,fixtures.All the amenties they say they have, they do have. BUT the pools are filthy, the car wash eats your money and does not put soap or water out. They simply do not care!! Security gates???LOL!! yes, they have them but they are always broken. Maintenance staff barely speak english. Takes them forever to follow through on requests and repairs. Mattresses on balconies along with lazy boys, sattelite dishes, trash, knocked down screens!!!I mean really!!Maintenance golf carts are always parked in the way in front of managers apartment. Staff will be so nice when you lease, then forget a simple "hello". Management lies, the manager is mobile home trash & pretty much open to flirt and see residents here wheteher they are attached, married, what ever. Staff is very incompetent and Deborah is not only trashy she is a straight out liar!!! STAY AWAY, RENT ELSEWHERE!!!!
