I think they’re great. I’d use them again, and I’d recommend them to anybody. I only have carpeting upstairs. I feel the people were knowledgeable. I would ask them to come back out if need be.

I’ve just used a carpet service that I like a lot for cleaning- It’s Genie Carpet and Upholstery Service. They came in and pulled up hot pink lipstick stains on my brand-new white carpet, and they did a great job. The owner’s last name is Peters.

The work they did was excellent. They cleaned my father’s chair. He was in assisted living and having major issues. So they actually got it to a place where they could take care of it, and it looks spic-and-span. It’s holding up great.

I think their work was good; they cleaned the carpets, a couch, and a chair. My upholstery turned out fine. It was good, and I would use this company again. But it’ll probably be a couple of years, because I really don’t need to get everything cleaned that often.

Genie does excellent work. I’ve referred them to several different people. They cleaned my office which is over 12,000 sq. ft.. It was a big job for them and they did a wonderful cleaning of the carpets. They are very professional and totally trustworthy in my home or office.

They always do great; they do a super job. I’ve been using Genie for years. For several years I had bad dog urine on my carpet that looked and smelled bad. Glenn was always able to remove the stains and make the carpet smell good again. I’d refer them to anyone.

They’re great. I’ve used them for years. When I first had them come to my house many, many years ago, the carpet was in terrible shape and they’ve cleaned it ever since then. I’ve never had anybody else clean it. My carpet looks great. I still have the same carpet. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Genie did a great job. They did a routine cleaning. We always have little stains here and there; We have four cats. We do a lot of vacuuming between cleanings. They cleaned my carpets for a number of years and I’ve always been pleased. They always do a good job.

There are lots of carpet cleaners who are cheap but anyone can rent or buy a cleaning machine. Glen King is a certified master cleaner. 30 + years he knows how to get the stains that no-one else can get out and has performed miracles. When it has to be saved and done right you call the experts. They have an informational video on how they clean the oriental rugs on their website, my clients in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow and Lakewood all trust their rugs worth more than most of our cars regularly to only Robert Peters and Genie Carpet service.
