Cheaters
Don't go to any Big-o-Tires. They are big cheaters and even thier corporate office is the same. I bought a Battery which died after 18 months which had a warranty of 24 months. Still they forced me to pay 45$ for replacement.

Apathetic service wasted time

Watch out for inappropriate adding on to services
I just recently went to the Big O Tires on Geary St in SF, after getting a flat tire. The salesperson, in the beginning would not offer to get another tire because I had warranty with another brand that was not available in their store...
