kwik kar is a joke never never again
my son went to kwik kar for a state inspection and when he left and got out on the highway he was going about 70 and his hood slams into his windshield, he is lucky he wasnt killed.. i just called gary the owner of kwik kar (972-898-1140)...

Never again
This place simply does not care about the customer at all. They advertise one thing, and give you the total opposite. They will charge you for something they do not perform, and then when you try to dispute that with the owner, the owner will not bend or work with the customer in any way. The employees did not know how to fix the problem in my vehicles, and the board in the office states clearly that it was a service they performed and charged a lot of money for. They did not perform the service, but still charged us the amount and refused to refund it. Watch out for this place.

Called the owner and there was no budge he simply saids well you paid for the labor and I was not going to get refunded! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO A VISUAL INSPECTION FIRST! I will NEVER go back to this place and will be calling the BBB! Oh and when I asked to speak to the manager the guy says oh we dont have one we just all kind of know what to do.. Wouldnt send my worst hated person to this place!American Express
