J&M Truck Sales was founded in 1982 by Fred Johnston and Pete McDevitt. Prospered many years with two owners, then later owned solely by Fred Johnston. Led the rebuildable car industry in the Southwest in the 80's and 90's selling late model rebuilders, to not only local customers, but worldwide as well. During the new millennium and as the industry changed with tougher export laws and local regulations, so did the family owned and operated dealership. In 2004, the well-respected dealership in West Dallas changed ownership to Chad and Marcy Odom and is also incorporated. J&M Truck Sales, Inc. is one of the most respected dealerships previously located in the Dallas, Ft. Worth area. The dealership moved its location to Terrell, TX in 2016 to provide a full sales, service, collision and powersports.
