Andrew G Polakovsky, MD

Offering same-day appointments and extended hours on Mondays, Dr. Polakovsky offers preventive care and physicals, as well as caring for individuals with chronic conditions or those suffering acute illnesses or injuries.

Dr. Polakovsky earned his degree at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine in Rootstown after completing his dental degree at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia.

He continued his training with residencies in internal medicine at West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, anesthesiology at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, and family practice at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia.

He has held various positions in the Westmoreland County Medical Society. He also is a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Dr. Polakovsky has medical privileges at Forbes Hospital.
