Customer Service is very Good
This Dealership has a new partner who is striving to be 1st in Customer service. They are making excellent progress. The staff has become more friendly and truly interested in your needs. A good example of a recent experience that characterizes their goal to be number 1 in Customer Service was demonstrated last Monday when I called to tell them I was not able to bring my cycle in for service that day since it was a stormy day and it was forecasted to be that way for a couple of days and as a result I was not able to bring in my wife's cycle for its service on the susequent day, per our appointmemt schedule. They thanked me for the phone call and the notice. About 5 minutes latter they called back and said they would pick up both bikes in their enclosed trailer at no charge and would be at our home within a hour. That is exceptional Customer Service.

Positive Service Department Experience
My husband's new sportster needed some work done, it was making a weird noise when stopping. He called to make an appt and the soonest he could get in was 2 weeks later. he explained that this was his daily driver and was concerned it could be a hazard to him and others on the road. They said they would call him if an opening became available. Well he took the appt and hoped for the best. Well 3 hours laster the manager called and offered to get him in the next day.
