Service Dept stinks
Bought aleast 3 Toyota's over the years, Last one was a Sennia Van 2008, the service dept at one time was top notch. The manager they have now, completely ruined that dept. Will I never take it for service, or buy from Day Toyota. ...

Day Toyota WILL rip you off! TRUST ME!
Day Toyota used to be a great place to get your car serviced until the recent hire of a new service manager. They are out for your money and not your cars well being. They will rip you off by telling you your car needs things it really doesn't. They will show you fluids from other peoples cars to make you think its from yours and needs replaced. DO NOT TRUST DAY TOYOTA! Even the sales dept rips you off. They even rip off there employees when selling cars. I would suggest going the extra distance to Spitzer Toyota in monroeville or Rorich Toyota on West Liberty. Take your chances at Day but keep in mind that I have warned you!

Day is just looking for your MONEY!
Have a look at Day Toyota's "NEW" menus... All of the service you USED to get is now changed for the worse. The service Department is now giving you WAY LESS service for WAY MORE of your money. I don't agree with ANYTHING he is doing to all of Day's customers. Be aware that they are just looking to get your hard earned money in there own wallet. Only believe the mechanics that you personally know and trust!

Do not attempt to buy anything here, they wanted 9,000+ for a 96 toyota camry with 80,000 miles and $1,800 down. This place is strictly insane. First they tell me i'd be okay with 1,000 down and it was a nice car then when you get there they give you the run around about 3-4 times and mess with you completly ignorant staff, these people dont know crap about cars and if you want to get suckered into paying alot of money for a car you can get off craiglist alot cheaper go ahead!

Day Toyota SAVED THE DAY!!!!!
Thanks to all the great staff at DAY TOYOTA, They were very helpful getting me financed on the car of my dreams. Even thought I had a few credit problems in the past due to my parents death and job loss they still pulled thru. The car is awesome and the service is even better. They even picked me up at my house when I could not get a ride. Everybody at DAY is awesome and helpful service sales and even the detail department. I would never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle again. I'm telling all my friends and family to go down to day toyota for all their vehicle purchasing needs!!! thanks again, and god bless!

I have done my research on reviews, I have not made a car purchase yet, but I will be this Friday. I just wanted to say that this is the first dealership I went to that they arent pushy, annoying, or rude. I financially was NOT ready to buy I car when I went in and I told them that from the door. The thing was, they didn't mind, they still let me do a test drive and went over payment info with me and everything. After previously going to 2 other dealers before this, when I told them I wasn't buying that day ,1 told me to have a seat because I didnt have an appointment. And the other told me to go take a walk around the lot to see what I like. I just thought it was rude...So anyways DAY TOYOTA, if you read this, SEE YOU on friday! Bottom line is (and I hope all dealerships see this) I know everyone needs to make money asap, but sometimes if you have just a little patience with someone, it can really mean alot.

Ppl here were pretty awesome. Down to earth, got car serviced everyone I delt with was great.
