I drive by every day and have noticed the parking lot is ALWAYS empty. Thats what happens when you dont treat your employees or your customers with the respect they deserve. She is slowly running her business into the ground. The word is out, and she needs to realize SHE is the reason people no longer go there.

I have been going to Exquisite Styles for some time now. Donna is the hairstylist that I always see. She is extremely nice and a very good stylist. My hair always looks great and I get wonderful compliments on it. I don't use many of the spa services, but for a professional, flattering hair cut / style, it is worth the money in my book.

Worst Customer Service experience, Owner was rude
Would not recommend it. Extremely poor customer service and disregard for customers from the owner, Melissa. We called to express our concerns and Melissa hung up on us. She needs to understand that poor customer service will catch up with her and force her to pay attention to the people that keep her business alive.Cash
