Expensive, but excellent products, good customer service
Lush is a wonderful collection of products that are largely natural, vegan, organic, or some combination thereof. Some of their stuff smells a little funny, but don't let that put you off, because it works GREAT. If you haven't been before, try Buffy, or one of 3 lickable massage bars. A couple of warnings: LUSH is highly addictive, as well as expensive. The Union St. store is probably a bit bigger than the Powell St. store, and there is a lot of other good food and shopping nearby. Last note-- ask for samples to take home! ;)
