Our firm began business operations in 1971 as the Hallman Insurance Agency. In 1985, K. William Lowa III purchased the agency and it was renamed The Lowa Group, Inc.
Bill Lowa began his insurance career with Erie Insurance Group and held various positions within the company, advancing to Southeastern District Sales Manager. By 1985, he became Agency principal of The Lowa Group, Inc., representing primarily Erie Insurance Group.
