Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc

Opening in October of 1999, the history of the funeral home goes back further than one might expect. The funeral home's supervisor, J. Lowell Bergey, owned and operated Bergey Funeral Home of Harleysville, since 1987. At the same time, Robert L. Williams, Jr. owner of the Moyer-Williams Funeral Home in Souderton since 1985, where Kyle D. Koffel served as supervisor. While both funeral homes were used by the community for many years, with the rapid growth of the area, it soon became clear that it would make sense to combine the firms together to build a brand new facility. Unlike many funeral homes, this new facility was constructed to be totally handicapped accessible. This enables families and friends to attend services where steps are not a concern, parking is abundant, and seating capacities are not an issue.
