McCallion Staffing Specialists was created in 1979 and is a three-generation, family-owned business whose owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. We have successfully supplied companies with their “people” needs in the Greater Philadelphia Area, including Montgomery, Bucks, Berks and Chester County, as well as the Lehigh Valley. We are also a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise and Certified Small Business.Our philosophy is based on a client-focused approach to everything we do.
