The Academy of Tae Kwon Do is one of the oldest Taekwondo dojang's in San Francisco serving the Bay Area community for some 35 years. Classes are available Monday through Saturday and the tuition is very reasonable for the quality of instruction. Youth classes are from 5 to 6 PM and adult classes are from 6 to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday. Class on Saturday is from 11 to 12 noon and generally focuses on street oriented self-defense. The classes are open to everyone; male, female, youth and adult as well as experienced martial artists or complete beginners. It is a complete workout as well as a lot of fun. Come by and try us out.
