people are top quality in their field.In and out without leaving a lot of dirt tracks. Very polite and professional in every manor.The price was right on the mark.

Doesn't honor their appointments

I had an appointment where the window was 10am to 2pm. I stayed home from work to accomodate. At 2 pm no one had shown up and I called inquiring about my appointment.

The response I got was "oh yeah, I was going to call you. We had to cancel, the technician was on another job." With no apology whatsover they said "we can come out next week."

I explained to them that I took off from work and all they could offer was "these things happen."

Two things wrong with this:

1) They didn't call me to cancel my appointment. I would have been OK with this had I known before the ending of my timeframe of my 4-hour window.

2) They couldn't offer me an appointment "until next week." OK, I'll stay home from work again only for you to cancel.

You tell me if this is a company you want to deal with.
