Cheng's Martial Arts School

We have different programs designed to provide something for each member of your family. Cheng's Martial Arts is a family oriented martial arts school, open to the public and dedicated to making your experience enjoyable and satisfying. We believe in strengthening the mind and body through self discipline, fitness, and awareness. Join in the fun! Learn the martial arts at our school, and get fit while making new friends.

Inclusive Classes
Our school believes that everyone can train in the martial arts regardless of age, race, gender, religion, physical abilities, and mental abilities. We accept students who are considered special needs and work with each individual to reach their individual goals. We have taught a successful "Special Needs" Martial Arts Program at the Lansdowne YMCA and have helped students with ADHD and social awkwardness.

Our Styles
The Cheng's Martial Arts System was founded by Paul Cheng in 2002. This system includes Sports Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Chang Moo Kwan, Okinawan Karate, RyuKyu Kempo, Tuide, Aikido, Hapkido, Chinese Kung Fu, and Kick Boxing.

Mind & Body Training
Martial arts training is more than learning kicks and punches. Martial arts is a lifestyle that teaches its students how to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The philosophies associated with martial arts training may be found in beliefs around the world. At Cheng's Martial Arts School, we focus on training your body and your mind.
