We worked with Carolyn at Montgomery Mall location to book our cruise
Overall cruise was nice..nice ship, accommodations, excursions. but the service from Carloyn and staff at Liberty Travel in Montgomeryville was just ok. I did all the work, she just sent us the bill. offered no tips or suggestions (i.e. booking excursions and restaurant reservations ahead of time, how to tip, etc..) There was no Bon Voyage bottle of wine waiting in our state room the day of departure as so many agents do for their clients (it's simply a nice touch) no phone call before the trip to confirm details, no help with shuttle transportation choices (found our own), no call after we got back to ask how it went. You'd think they'd care. Once I called her office with a question prior to our trip. She was not there and the staff member that answered the phone sounded quite bothered by my question. I had never even called the office since booking.
