What an odd place!
That's what I think every time I go into Gary's. It is a good option in a pinch and since it is the closest option for those living in Collegeville I found myself stopping in on occasion for things I'd forgotten or run out of unexpectedly. I agree that it is prudent to check expiration dates...sometimes you don't even need to, the layer of dust on the item lets you know it's been on the shelf a little bit too long. There are definitely better health food stores in the area but in a pinch, Gary's can often come through.

Gary's World Of Wellness is Strange but Convenient
Gary's is a strange place filled to the brim with everything from wonderful, healthy organic products to kitchen appliances to nail polish. There is way too much packed into the aisles and the place is tough to negotiate.
