We have owned a rental home on the Lakewood Peninsula since 2000. Scott McClincy of A+ Properties has managed our rental since we owned it. We have, because of Scott, always had good to excellent renters who understood that they would be treated fairly and in a neutral manner by Scott. Furthermore, Scott saw to it that all maintenance issues were taken care of right away. He is a true professional, and we are grateful for his management and advice over the years. From a renter's standpoint, I think that they all feel that they have been treated fairly.
