Good Customer Service, Slow On The Action
Overall, I've had a decent Kinko's experience. I continue to go back because their services offered are widespread, easy to use and there's always someone there to help you. The downside to Kinko's is it's popularity. With tons of people using it everyday, lines can be long, as well as the wait time to use a machine.

Laminating service? Just say no!
Fedex ruined over $50 worth of my printing, and wasted entirely too much of my time. I had to trash their work and start over. Laminating and printing should be done by professionals, not Fedex. My mistake.American Express
