Not the Les Schwab that is well known.

I have been to this Les Schwab several times and NEVER was greated at my car or anywhere near my car. Once I entered the building and stood in line, I was greeted. In addition the wait times have always been at LEAST an hour or longer. Luckily I went to different Les Schwab to have my tires rotated in Lake Oswego! They came out to my car and were happy to see me. I found my tires were going bald and bought new ones from them! I waited less then a half hour there!

Respectful, quick...

Nevermind the whining nay sayer who wants a piggy back ride from their car to the front desk;
this place is definitely worth my business.

Got 4 new tires, a 4 wheel alignment, and a rear control arm that I had to wait a couple of days for.
I was called and informed about the control arm needing
to be replaced-which wasn't expected, but was fine.
Time frame of getting the control arm in and having all
of the work done was quoted right on to what was delivered. The contents of my trunk were just how I had them before it was entered into for the swap of a wheel
and tire.
I was called as soon as the job was finished,
and notified of a couple of things seen on the way through the job that need attention.
I would most certainly bring my car there again, as
I felt respected from start to finish.

Top Notch!

I have been to this location twice in the last two weeks. The first time i had a flat tire and as soon as i parked they were asking me what they could help me with & after checking my tire they informed me that they found a nail and repaired the tire with no charge to me! Not only were they fast, efficiant & friendly they were also very professional & went out of their way to get me on my way! I returned just this week for a 6 point inspection & my service was excellent all over again, thank-you you guys/gals ROCK!
