I think Spaeth may try to do good work, but the arrogance and ego of the ownership is outrageous! Steve is "never wrong." I have had the owners of Spaeth disagree with me on how long a technician was at my office when they were not even present and all my staff knew exactly how long the technician was on site! I wish I could use them but the ego and "can't be wrong" attitude prevents a quality relationship!
