He holds Bachelors in Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Michigan. He is a certified specialist in Family Law from the State Bar of California. He began his private practice of law in Chula Vista, California in 1970. Between 1972 and 1982 he was a partner in several local law f irms. In 1982, Mr. Bowman set up a solo law practice specializing in family law, probate and estate planning.
