We don't guess, we measure utilizing diagnostic testing that most doctors don't perform. Coaching is live or virtual and classes offered are in groups or individually. Our goal is to help you navigate through conservative care with wellness as a philosophy and education to eliminate or reduce the causes of health care issues and complications surrounding your thyroid, diabetes, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, weight, auto-immune and allergy concerns. Our treatment approach is to empower you, the client, with specific health education as it relates to your food and nutrition, specific exercise as it relates to your unique needs and utilization of supplements based on your specific diagnostic testing results to better manage your own health and get back to living the life you deserve.
