South Central Power Co

A nonprofit electric cooperative, South Central Power Company provides electric service to residents in south central Ohio. Its service area includes portions of Harrison, Belmont, Monroe, Perry, Hocking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Ross, Franklin, Fayette, Highland, Pike, Scioto, Adams, Brown and Clermont counties. The cooperative s other services and products include surge suppressors, outdoor lighting, security, energy advice, safety and conservation tips, event speakers and water heater switches. The cooperative also has a partnership with WildBlue, a high-speed satellite Internet service provider. South Central Power Company has headquarters in Lancaster, Ohio, and additional offices in Canal Winchester, Circleville, Hillsboro and Barnesville.
