I have a 2001 Audi S4 with over 115, 000 miles it. The outside looks great but the underpinnings were needing some work. The car was looked looked over for fluids and details about what could be seen with a visual inspection. Areas that were being worked on were evaluated for wear and condition as well as expected life left. They understand customer service and work with you on getting things done properly with good explanation of why and what was done. There wasn't any pressure to buy, only suggestions and possible outcomes. I was advised to have items replaced since they had already taken apart parts of the suspension which in the long run saved me a good deal of money.
