At South Bay Internal Medicine & Family Practice, located in Chula Vista, California, internal medicine physician Noli Cava, MD, and the dedicated team provide medical care for the entire family. 
Dr. Cava attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where he received his medical degree in 1993. He moved to San Diego, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego in 1996. After serving in the military, Dr. Cava decided to open his private practice in the Ocean Beach area, and eventually opened another location in Chula Vista, California, in 2008 as well as Tierrasanta in 2019. As a military Veteran himself, he is a strong supporter of our Armed Forces and it is in that spirit that in 2020 he opened DYMPHNA San Diego TMS providing Innovative Solutions for Veterans’ mental health needs. 
At South Bay Internal Medicine & Family Practice, Dr. Cava and the team are passionate about providing comprehensive, thorough primary care. They are highly experienced in diagnosing and treating chronic symptoms and diseases, like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
