Meet Dr. Barrere
David M. Barrere, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. At his practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, he provides a wide range of obstetrics and gynecology services to women of all ages.
Dr. Barrere earned his Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Bethesda Hospitals, Inc., in Cincinnati, Ohio. During his last year, he served as chief resident and received the Bryant Award for Resident of the Year.
He is part of the clinical teaching faculty in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Department of Family Medicine at the University of Cincinnati (UC) in Ohio. Dr. Barrere has received the Elbert Nelson, MD, Award for Excellence in Surgical Teaching on two occasions, presented by the residents at UC.
At his practice, Dr. Barrere provides a variety of services, including routine and high risk obstetrics, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, family planning, in-office procedures, menopause, sexual health, minimally invasive surgery, ultrasounds, and management of urinary incontinence.
