Eberly McMahon Copetas LLC is a boutique law firm whose three attorneys have more than 50 years’ experience representing individuals and businesses in courtroom, administrative and regulatory proceedings throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. Together, partners Dave Eberly, Bob McMahon and Ted Copetas have established a niche position as legal counsel in two practice areas: (1) Litigation, including business litigation and commercial litigation, collections services, and disputes spanning a range of subject matters; and (2) Employment Law, which includes both our representation of individuals and businesses in matters involving wrongful termination, illegal discrimination or harassment, FMLA, wage and hour claims, severance agreements, employment agreements, and related matters.
