Jeanne Sheldon grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio as the fourth oldest of ten children. Driven by her creativity and passion to help others, Jeanne got involved in the hair replacement business in 2002.

Jeanne's family has a history of hair loss. Everyone from her father, four brothers, husband and son all suffer from genetic thinning and Jeanne has also seen first hand the trauma chemotherapy can cause after watching her mother and sister go through treatment.
