William Isaac Insurance Agency began operations in 1960. We are a family owned, family run agency since the beginning. Our mission statement has not changed from that day. We are here to protect the assets of our clients at competitive pricing, using financially stable insurance markets. We are able to do this by maintaining solid relationships with the insurance markets we represent.
Originally we were located in the Parma/Parma Hts, Ohio area from 1960 – 1990. In 1990 we moved to Independence, Ohio to be in a more central location between the East and West sides and Cleveland to Akron.
Our focus is strictly on property and casualty insurance, with a split of about 60/40 between commercial and personal. In addition to insurance, we also handle the bonding needs for our contractor and probate risks. We have access to the Excess/Surplus markets for those hard to place clients with special needs.
