Clean CEMP (Construction, Engineering, Management, Planning) has been totally dedicated to a tradition of quality environmental evaluation and construction in Northeastern Ohio for three generations. Orignally founded in 1923 as Joe Haddad Construction Company, later Joe Haddad & Sons, which specialized in sewer and waterline construction, our firm has grown with the changing needs of our clients. While the environmental, chemical, and consulting engineering aspects are now the major focus of our business, we also provide our clients with construction management services whenever requested.
