The Floss Agency was founded in 1945 by Walter J. Floss, Jr. when he returned from the Navy during WWII. The Floss family takes pride in the local community it has been serving for over 70 years.

We are an independent insurance agency representing several insurance carriers to continuously find our clients the best value. We would like the opportunity to review your current insurance program and to offer recommendations to improve coverages and reduce costs.

In November 2007, Floss Agency joined the EMS Group, an independent, community-based group of insurance agencies in Western New York. Together with the other partners –Emerling, McMahon and Stahlka agencies – the expanded EMS Group employs over 60 and generates over $30 million in yearly premium volume from commercial and individual accounts.
