One of the better department stores in the area...
I think Kaufmann's is a good mid to upper tier department store with a good selection of products and reasonable prices. It's not high end, but it carries some decent designer brands that wil satisfy my shopping needs. This one at the Boulevard Mall is pretty big, especially since they created a separate Kaufmann's men's store down the hall. The separation is a bit inconvenient, but it does allow for more goods. They usually keep the store decently tidy and if you catch a good sale you can leave the store with bags of decent stuff without feeling guilty.

Its Macys now so it sucks royally
This store is now a Macy's and ever since it was turned into a Macy's we haven't bought anything there. It was awesome when it was Kaufmanns and my mom and I would often leave with several items for a very low price. I even got an interview suit there for only 40$ and it was VERY nice and fit perfectly, of course this is when the store was Kaufmanns. Now you can expect a wide range of non-trendy, ugly, expensive and poor quality items.
