Ward did my grandparents headstone and did a beautiful job. He was very empathetic about the whole process and took his time explaining the process of picking out good pictures to use. My family went back and forth a few times making changes and he was so patient. The finished product was everything we imagined. We tell all of our friends and family about Eternal Memorials.
