I had a wisdom tooth that needed to come out and DR. P came back to the office at 530PM to extract it.

Gentle &Caring Dentist. Wonderful experience. Great results!

I have been going to Dr. Patlut for five years. Have always been afraid of the dentist before, but Dr. Patlut not only does terrific work, he also always puts me at ease.
I found Dr. Patlut to be an excellent dentist and a patient caring professional.

I had a cleaning, a root canal, a crown, and routine dental work all done without pain or anxiety.

I don't give recommendations lightly but I am more than happy to make this one. If you need a Dentist that you can trust and be comfortable with, Dr. Patlut is your doctor!

Treatment options were offered and procedures explained.

I highly recommend Dr. Patlut and his office.

BEST DENTIST EVER!!!

Dr. Patlut most gentle, fairest in price and entertaining doctor I've visited.
He has a an amazing attention to detail and was totally helpful and informative.
I rarely write reviews, but I was passionate about the experience and think people who are fair, friendly and great at what they do should be rewarded!
Everyone deserves this level of quality and I will be recommending him to everyone with teeth.
It really had the feeling of family. I am happy to report i have a new dentist!

Dr. Patlut- New York City's Finest Dentist!

Living in NYC for well over 10 years it's been like pulling teeth to find the perfect dentist. At last I did. Dr. Patlut is by far the most professional, knowledgeable Dentist I have ever had. I consider him to be an expert in his field. Since November 2010 I have been having extensive dental work done by Dr. Patlut. He does it all, from teeth cleaning to extractions to root canals, crowns, bridges, tooth restorations and everything else and he does it all successfully with precision and patience. Dr. Patlut informs you step by step as to what he is doing making sure you are well informed, comfortable, pain free and satisfied. Dr. Patlut literally saved 2 of my teeth as to avoid extractions and implants He's amazing! Besides the excellence in his work his demeanor is outstanding as he is kind, gentle and caring and quite entertaining which will put you at ease. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Patlut. When it comes to your teeth do not settle for less so I highly recommend Dr, Patlut to anyone and everyone who is seeking the best!
I would also like to give praise to Irine, his Dental Assistant and Office Manager. I was in need of a Dentist and found Dr. Patlut on line and called the office due to an emergency. I will never forget how Irine took great concern and took me in immediately. She runs the office smoothly and her pleasant personality is appreciated.
No one enjoys dental visits but its a necessity in life and with one visit with Dr. Patlut you will be highly pleased with the experience and the results.

Worst Experience Ever

This place is a joke. The receptionist and dentist are extremely rude. The receptionist made a mistake and booked my regular cleaning appointment as an emergency and then started an argument with me about it when I showed up. (Why an "emergency" appointment would be made 3 weeks in advance is beyond me - a clear illustration of this receptionist's stupidity.) She called me a liar and tried to make me take a different appointment, when I had already left work early to go there. Throughout my cleaning the dentist went on about how bad my insurance plan is and how he's only getting $3 for the cleaning. He did a very rushed and poor cleaning. I read such nice things about this place in internet reviews and was truly horrified by what I experienced in contrast. These people need a lesson in professionalism.

Careful Cleaning/Exam,Great Experience

I had a bit of pain in my mouth and wasn't sure where it was coming from. I decided to see a dentist , finally, after not going for a number of years. Choosing Dr. Patlut was easy because he was very close to my work and I was able to visit during my lunchbreak.

At around afternoon time, I came in for a scheduled cleaning and exam. I hadn't had many good dental experiences and was hesitant, but at least hoping he would find the cause of pain.

The receptionist welcomed me and asked me to wait around 10 min. Then I was led into the dental chair to receive treatment. Dr. Patlut carefully examined my teeth and took a few x-rays. He asked questions about where the pain was. After the exam he discovered a tooth that needed further care and was not in great shape, which had been causing the pain. He then went on for a thorough cleaning. Dr. Patlut made sure to tell me what he was doing so I was aware of what was happening.

After the cleaning/exam (took prob 20-30 min), I was told to schedule an follow-up in a few days, to take care of the tooth causing pain. The whole experience was great, short wait time and quality job overall.

-I wanted to mention a note about reviews: everyone has different experiences and this is mine. Judging by the overall reviews there are more positive experiences overall. I think Dr. Patlut is a competent dentist. I am one for recommending him.
