At A&A Consulting Engineers, P.C. we provide engineering and architectural services for residential and commercial buildings in all five boroughs. We are licensed professional engineers and expediters with over 30 years of dedicated experience in consulting and construction inspection services. A New York State Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) must submit construction plans to obtain a permit. A Building Department plan examiner will review the plans for any legal/zoning objections. When objections are satisfied, the Department will approve the application. Upon obtaining approval of the plans, the building owner will have a licensed contractor bid on the job.
