Concurrently, the expertise of Johnnie your technician who to work when he arrived at tour house and after his inspection of both problem areas professionally briefed my wife and me on what he found and then provided us a cost of repair for replacement. Once we gave Johnnie to go ahead and repair and replace the equipment , he quickly and professionally took charge and immediately completed the task.
