Access Home Care, Inc. is a New York State Department of Health Licensed Home Care Agency, approved to service Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties. We specialize in 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. live-in and hourly care for elderly adults and those with physical limitations including Traumatic Brain Injury. Our services include Housekeeping, medication reminders, assistance with personal care all managed by Registered Nurses and provided by Certified Home Health Aides. We are Community Medicaid service providers for most Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Plans.
