what a fiasco
I purchased tires here. Signed the service order, went to get a bite to eat came back 45 min later to be told that they only had one of the tires in stock so I had to pick others. The customer service here is very poor and un organized....

Sears Auto Department is always Exceptional
I give them a great review because the staff is always trying. I was there on Saturday to get my car winterized. The winterization was not available at the price at had seen a few weeks ago so I simply had my oil changed.
