I had my boiler repaired by General Utilities and they did a really great job. Their boiler servicing engineer was a pro, enumerated what's included in the service in a written note (which my previous provider never did), giving me assurance that they are covering the basics and the exact problem.

They couldn't be worse, offer or more useless worse customer service, be slower or care less. They charge top of the line prices for bottom of the line service. Go anywhere else.
