The U.S. Athletic Training Center is a sports physical therapy and athletic training facility located at 515 Madison Avenue at 53rd Street.
While we specialize in sports orthopedic injuries, we treat a wide variety of patients ranging in age from 4 to 84.
The center has become home to scores of professional and world class athletes, executives, and actors who love the training room atmosphere.
The center is 8,500 square feet and houses a complete gym as well as a motion lab. Every trainer who works on the floor has an academic degree in kinesiology, human physiology, or exercise science, and all are available for private training.
